Terms of Service

These Terms are a plain-English framework for the CoreWorker Australia platform (au.coreworker.io). They are provided in good faith and should be reviewed by an Australian-qualified legal practitioner before commercial launch. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoreWorker platform at au.coreworker.io ("Platform", "Service"), operated by CoreTech ("we", "us", "our"). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Eligibility & accounts

The Service is intended for Australian businesses. To register you must provide a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), or a valid Tax File Number (TFN) if registering as an individual sole trader. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. The Service

CoreWorker provides configurable AI "Workers" that automate business operations (such as sales, customer care, accounting and administration) within controls you set. Some actions may require your approval before they are performed. We may add, change or remove features over time. The Service is provided during an early-access phase and functionality may evolve.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to break any law, infringe others' rights, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring your use of automated communications complies with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth) where applicable.

5. Fees, GST and payment

Pricing (where applicable) is displayed on the Platform in Australian dollars (AUD) and, where required, is inclusive of GST. Tax invoices will be issued in accordance with Australian tax requirements. Early-access users may receive free or discounted access as described on the Platform at the time of registration.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that data to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under that law. To the extent permitted by law, our other liability is limited to re-supplying the Service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to clause 7), we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or other users. On termination you may request export of your data within a reasonable period.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
